We are proud to share that Ritchies has a strong partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities Victoria & Tasmania (RMHC VIC & TAS). Through this collaboration, we have contributed an incredible $41,477.59 to date, helping make a difference in the lives of families in need.

Ronald McDonald House Charities Victoria & Tasmania (RMHC VIC & TAS) provides over 2,500 families each year with accommodation, education services, respite, hospital bedside support and scholarships for young people. This is all to help families stay together when a child is seriously ill, injured, or otherwise needing specialist paediatric hospital care.

They rely on the significant financial generosity and volunteering support from the communities they work in as well as businesses and larger corporates and retailers.

RMHC VIC & TAS provide a home-away-from-home for families caring for seriously ill children, close to the hospital care their child needs. Families share kitchen facilities, a dining room and lounge areas, laundries, play spaces, stories and often hugs. They are encouraged to cook their own meals and do their own laundry to keep life as normal as possible. Ronald McDonald Houses are not just a roof over their heads; for families it is the comfort and support of others experiencing similar difficulties.

They rely on donations from individuals, community and corporate supporters to keep their doors open and are beyond grateful for the long term support of Ritchie’s customers. Your generosity and kindness has helped them to provide families with a safe and warm place to land during some of the hardest times of their lives.
