Pancare Foundation

Pancare Foundation is Australia’s leading not-for-profit organisation committed to inspiring hope, raising awareness and funding research for upper gastrointestinal cancers – pancreatic, liver, biliary, oesophageal and stomach cancers.

Through PanSupport, Pancare Foundation’s dedicated support, resource, and information service, we offer support to all Australians affected by upper GI cancers. 

Whether it’s coping with a diagnosis, understanding treatment options, coping strategies for side effects, connecting with others, or social and emotional wellbeing counselling, our PanSupport team are there every step of the way providing dedicated support through every stage of your illness. All PanSupport services are free.

We provide dedicated online information and resources, on living with an upper GI cancer; including information on diagnosis, treatment options, and health and wellbeing. We have a dedicated Patient and Carer Support Team including upper GI cancer specialist nurses, Care Coordinator, and counselling service. In addition, we run patient and carer support groups including a grief and bereavement group. The team host educational webinars on living with upper GI cancers suitable for patients, families, and health care professionals.
