At the IGA Expo on the Gold Coast, while we didn't clinch the National IGA Retailer of the Year title, we proudly celebrated major wins in other national award categories.

A massive round of applause for Dion Aloi, our Rowville Store Manager, who was awarded the National IGA Rising Star of the Year. Dion is the first team member in Ritchies' history to win this distinguished national award. Starting his journey at our Wantirna store, Dion has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication. His commitment to excellence has earned him this well-deserved recognition. We are incredibly proud of Dion and look forward to his continued success with Ritchies.
National IGA Innovation and Transformation Award
For the second consecutive year, Ritchies has been recognized for our commitment to sustainability. Our Tatura store, following its recent refurbishment, won the National IGA Innovation and Transformation Award. This achievement reflects our ongoing efforts to design environmentally responsible stores. Kudos to our design team, especially Jarrod Swine, Richard Hobbs, and TRG Architects, for their outstanding work in creating sustainable retail spaces. Congratulations to Team Tatura for this remarkable achievement and for being nominated in multiple categories.
