Celebrating Excellence: Taren Point Shines at NSW IGA State Awards
We're thrilled to share the exciting news from the recent NSW IGA State Awards ceremony. Ritchies NSW was in the spotlight, nominated for various prestigious department awards as well as the highly coveted title of Store of the Year.
It's with great pleasure and immense pride that we announce Taren Point's remarkable achievement: for the second consecutive year, it has been honored with the prestigious title of NSW Store of the Year (Large Store Format). This incredible accomplishment is a testament to the unwavering dedication, hard work, and exceptional service exhibited by Simon Fackender and the entire team at Taren Point. Winning this award for the second year in a row not only speaks volumes about the commitment of the Taren Point team but also reflects Ritchies' commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
In addition to the top honor, Taren Point has also clinched several department awards in the Large Store Format category, further solidifying its position as a leader in the industry:
Dairy/Freezer Department of the Year
Deli Department of the Year
Bakery Department of the Year
These achievements wouldn't have been possible without the outstanding contributions of individuals like Tanya Fuda (Dairy Controller), Catherine Figon (Freezer Controller), Kayley Horne (Deli Manager), and Simone Ring (Bakery Manager). We extend our heartfelt thanks and warmest congratulations to each of them for their exceptional efforts.
Furthermore, we must acknowledge the tireless dedication and hard work of the entire NSW Operations Group (NOG), led by Alan Wilkinson (State Manager), Adrian Rigby (State Supermarket Supervisor), and Melissa Patterson (NSW Deli/Bakery Supervisor). Their leadership and support have been instrumental in achieving these remarkable milestones.
