Q1: Who can enter the Spin to Win promotion?
Australian residents living in VIC, NSW, or QLD aged 18 or over that spend $20 or more (excluding cigarettes/tobacco, gift cards, reduced to clear items) at Ritchies Supermarkets or Liquor stores can enter with a smart phone.
Q2: How many times can I enter the Spin to Win promotion?
You can enter up to twice per day (once per valid transaction) throughout the promotional period.
Q3: Can I win more than 1 prize?
Yes, prizes will be saved to your prize wallet. Please note prizes must be redeemed prior to the expiry shown on each prize.
Q4: How do I claim my prize?
Follow the prompts to claim your prize. Note, Ritchies Vouchers are saved to your “wallet” for use on your next transaction. IMPORTANT - you'll note there is a 7 day expiry. The countdown clock will show you how long you have left to redeem your voucher.
To redeem Ritchies Vouchers: Visit your local Ritchies Supermarket. When at the cashier, open your Spin to Win wallet by clicking the menu tab in the top corner (three lines). Select Prize Wallet, find the prize you want to redeem and then click redeem once you’re in front of the cashier. A code will appear on your screen for Ritchies Vouchers that will be entered at the registers. Please note you’ll have 5mins to redeem so ensure you’re in front of the cashier. No change is given on vouchers so please ensure you spend the full amount when claiming. You cannot redeem prizes at the self-checkouts.
Redeeming/Claiming Gift Cards: Select Prize Wallet, find the prize you want to redeem and then click redeem. Enter the details requested and submit. Your prize will be ordered and ready for collection at the nominated Ritchies Store 7 business days after redeeming.

Q5: I didn’t get an sms, how do I open my prize wallet?
Please check your mobile number entered (when you registered). If the information entered is incorrect you can reset your number by clicking/tapping the number currently entered. Terms and Conditions
By entering the Ritchies Spin to Win promotion, you agree to the following conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entry into the competition is by way of spending $20 or more (excluding gift cards, electronic recharge, reduced to clear items, cigarette/tobacco products and itunes) at any Ritchies Supermarket or Liquor store and using a smartphone to scan the QR code in-store or the QR code on qualifying receipts, and enter a valid AU mobile phone number. Each participant is limited to 2 entries per day (one per valid transaction).
1.2 Both winning and non-winning entrants will have the opportunity to enter our “Bonus Prize Draw”. To enter the second tier “Bonus Prize Draw”, participants must be a Ritchies Card Member. Participants need to complete the “Bonus Prize Draw” entry form including their registered Ritchies Card Membership number. Entries containing either unregistered, incorrect or inactive Ritchies Card Member details will be void. Ritchies Card Membership is free and available via the Google Play store, AppStore or at any Ritchies Supermarket or Liquor Store.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of VIC, NSW and QLD, Australia aged 18 years or over. The Bonus Prize Draw is open to all residents of VIC, NSW and QLD with an active Ritchies Card Membership aged 18 years or over.
3. HOW TO ENTER
The Ritchies Spin to Win promotion commences on Wednesday 14th August, 2024, at 5.00pm am (AEST) and concludes Tuesday 10th September, 2024 at 22:30 (AEST).
Entry into the competition is by way of spending $20 or more (excluding gift cards, electronic recharge, reduced to clear items, cigarette/tobacco products and iTunes) at any Ritchies Supermarket or Liquor store and using a smartphone to visit the website via the QR code in-store or via the QR Code on qualifying receipts and enter a valid AU mobile phone number.
Each participant is limited to 2 entries per day (one per valid transaction).
Spin the wheel and land on a prize in the game to win instantly. Instant win prize notifications will be delivered directly to the “prize wallet” located in the game.
Winners are required to collect their prize from any Ritchies Supermarket by showing their prize notification along with their valid purchase receipt. All prize notifications must be redeemed prior to expiry as shown on the prize notification. Unredeemed prizes will be void and returned to the prize pool.
3.1 Bonus Prize Draw: To enter the second tier “Bonus Prize Draw”, participants must complete the “Bonus Prize Draw” form available within the game. Participants with a registered Ritchies Card Membership number are entitled to a max of 1 Bonus prize draw entry each day.
Entries containing either unregistered or inactive Ritchies Card Member details will be void.
Entries must be received no later than Tuesday 10th Sept 2024 at 22:30 (AEST). Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
3.2 Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only two (2) entries permitted per day; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
3.3 Bonus Prize Draw entrants must have an active Ritchies Card Membership. Failure to hold a valid Ritchies Card membership may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Winner drawn at random using a computerised draw.
4. PRIZE WINNERS
Winners will be randomly selected daily during the promotional period by a computerized algorithm, each winning a prize. Prize pool can be found at point 8 of these Terms and Conditions. Winners will be notified instantly via the game.
4.1 REDEMPTION/CLAIMING PRIZES
Redemption/Claiming of instant win prizes is by the following steps:
Gift cards excluding Ritchies Vouchers can be claimed directly on your phone and collected from the nominated store. Ritchies Vouchers must be claimed at any Ritchies Supermarket or Liquor store. Process outlined below.
· Go to Ritchies Supermarket.
· Open the promotion on your phone and navigate to the “prize wallet”.
· Select the prize you’re redeeming/claiming.
· Click redeem button when you are at the cashier.
· Show cashier your phone screen with valid unique code.
· The code will be valid for FIVE (5) minutes only. After this time the code will appear as REDEEMED and will no longer be available.
Limit of one voucher per transaction.
Prizes other than Ritchies Vouchers will be made available for collection from the store nominated by the winner within 5 working days. Ritchies Vouchers can be redeemed at any Ritchies Supermarket or Liquor store while valid. Please note the redemption period displayed on your prize. NOTE - screenshots of prize notifications WILL NOT be accepted.
4.2 EXPIRY
Prizes EXPIRED or NOT REDEEMED will be void and returned to the prize pool.

Bonus Prize Draw: One (1) winner will be drawn as part of the Bonus Prize Draw.

Bonus Prize Draw will be done by a random computerised draw. This will take place at 10am on Fri 13th at 10/1095 Frankston Dandenong Rd, Carrum Downs VIC 3201.
Bonus Prize Winner will be published to www.ritchies.com.au/spin-to-win within 5 business days of the draw.
Winners will be contacted by phone.
Prize will be deposited into the winners bank account via an EFT.

Total Prize Pool: $82,000
PRIZE CONDITIONS
Prizes cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift Card/voucher prizes must be claimed prior to the expiry shown on the notification.
Unclaimed Gift Card/voucher prizes will be void and returned into the prize pool.
Additional options and all ancillary costs are the responsibility of the prize winners. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the major prize winners. In accepting the prize, the Winners agree to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, and the Winners grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and Winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST).
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date. Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
5. UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAWS
Subject to any written direction any unclaimed "Bonus Prize Draw" prizes a draw will take place from all non-winning Bonus Prize Draw entries on 14/02/2025 at Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd Head office, 10/1095 Frankston Dandenong Rd, Carrum Downs, VIC 3201 at 10:00am (AEDST). The Promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result. It is a condition of accepting any of the prizes that the Winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements. It is a condition of accepting any of the prizes that the Winners may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
6. NO LIABILITY
In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any written directions given under State Regulation. Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies, and related bodies corporate will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail including electronic mail. And Further will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur: During the draw; In the participation in any prize; As a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail, telephone or internet malfunction; Due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compare, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person; Arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, mobile or internet communications network related to or resulting from participation in this promotion. Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies, and related bodies corporate assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any written direction given under State Regulation.
7. GENERAL
7.1 The Promoter collects personal information (PI) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.ritchies.com.au/privacy1. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
