Terms and Conditions

1.      Information on how to enter the promotion and claim prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any claim not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.

2.      The "Promoter" is SUPERMARKETING Pty Ltd, (ABN 49 073 053 880), Unit 6  29 Business Park Drive Notting Hill 3168

3.      The offer is available to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who purchase the required items in one transaction, from participating Ritchies Stores in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. (see clause 5 for purchase details). 

4.      Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies and all Point-of-Sale agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families, are ineligible to claim.

5.      The promotion commences at 12.01 am A.E.D.T on Wednesday 19 June 2024 and closes at 11.59pm A.E.D.T on Tuesday 16 July 2023.

a)    To be eligible to claim a prize, claimants must meet all of the Criteria listed below during the Offer Period.

b)    To be eligible to enter, buy any two (2) participating Rosella products during the Offer Period (a "Qualifying Purchase"). Participating products will be advertised at each Ritchies store using shelf wobblers in supermarket aisle product locations, a catalogue panel, Ritchies website, E-newsletters and across social media.

c)     Scan the QR code where available, or click on a digital link, and enter your receipt number and your contact details to enter.

d)    You MUST retain a copy of the receipt until all winners are announced as proof of entry.

e)    The prize pool has a total value of $2,000 and comprises of the following prizes;

                 1.      20x $100 Ritchies Gift Cards in total to be won (value $2,000)
                 (Consisting of 5x $100 Ritchies Gift Cards given away each week for 4 weeks)

f)      The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and reserves the right to disqualify any individual claimant or group of claimants for tampering with the claiming process.

7.    Gifts are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.

8.    Gift values are correct at time of printing and no responsibility is accepted for any      variation in the value of the gift.

9.    The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. All offer details will be featured on point of sales materials in all participating Ritchies stores during the offer period.

10.  The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

11.  The organisers of the promotion will have an electronic draw conducted each Wednesday of a full week. Dates of each weeks winners (5 per week) are 26/06, 3/7, 10/7 and 17/7. The draws will be held at Suite 8/ 56 Bay Road Sandringham, VIC 3191.

 12. Winners will be contacted by phone and email. The winners names will also be added to the Ritchies IGA website within 7 days of the draw.  www.ritchies.com.au/rosella

13.   Subject to consumer rights under e.g. the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Govt.), Promoter is not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect or consequential loss or loss of profits), damage, injury or death in connection with this offer or any gift, except liability which can't be excluded (which is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).  Permits are only required in NSW, Australia for promotions over $10,000. This does not apply to this promotion.
