200% GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The 200% Fresh Guarantee program operates in all Ritchies IGA stores in Australia and entitles the purchaser to a full refund and a replacement product of similar nature and value – if the product is, deemed, below the fresh standards set in place by Ritchies stores Pty Ltd. 
• The 200% Fresh Guarantee applies to any Fresh product displaying the 200% Fresh Guarantee logo (on related price point signage), and purchased, from within the produce, deli and cooked meals, seafood, sushi or meat departments. 
• Any 200% Fresh Guarantee ‘product’ and ‘receipt’ must be returned to the store of purchase within 48 hours of purchase (as evidenced by the accompanying Ritchies receipt) to qualify for the Ritchies 200% Fresh Guarantee. 
• The 200% Fresh Guarantee only applies to the purchase of reasonable fresh food quantities for household or domestic use. Commercial quantities are not applicable. 
• Receipts that are damaged, defaced or altered, or have passed the required redemption date of 48 hours from purchase do not qualify for the Ritchies 200% Fresh Guarantee. 
• To complete your application for the Ritchies 200% Fresh Guarantee, for refunds above $10.00, you will be requested to produce suitable identification such as a driver’s licence or other form of identification that contains your name, address, signature and photograph. 
• The Store Manager on duty at the store of purchase is the final decision maker in relation to any claim or query in connection with the Ritchies 200% Fresh Guarantee and these Terms and Conditions. The decision of the Store Manager on duty is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
• The Store Manager on duty may replace the product with an alternative product (if any) should the product, being returned, be out of stock. Again, the decision of the Store Manager on duty is final. 
• Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd may change, suspend or terminate the availability or Terms and Conditions of the Ritchies 200% Fresh Guarantee at any time at its complete discretion.
