1) The Promotion and Promotor’s Details a) This promotion is a ‘game of chance’. b) Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. c)The Promotion commences at 12:00am on AEDT 14/10/2024 and entries close at 11:59pm 27/10/2024 AEDT (Promotion Period). d) The Promotor is Corona Manufacturing Pty Ltd ABN 66 005 659 521 of 595 Burwood Highway, Knoxfield VIC 3180 (Promotor)2) Eligibility a) The Promotion is only open to Eligible Entrants. Subject to clause 3(a), an “Eligible Entrant” is an individual who: i) is a resident of Australia who is aged 18 years or over; and ii) purchased a specifically marked meat tray from any Ritchies store in VIC, NSW or QLD during the Promotional Period; and iii)is not an Employee, immediate family member (a parent, sibling, child, spouse or partner {whether legal or de factor}) of an employee, or an employee of any company associated with the Promotion3) How to Enter a) go to https://www.ritchies.com.au/moms-promotion, enter the following details • First and Second name• Receipt number, one entry per receipt number. Retain for proof of purchase. • Postcode• Mobile number Any cost associated with entering this competition remains the responsibility of each entrant and is dependent on your mobile phone service provider and plan charges for a standard SMS. 4) Prizes and winning a) The random prize draw will take place 10:00am AEDT on 30/10/2024 at 1095 Frankston Dandenong Rd, Carrum Downs VIC 3201. b) 10 winners to be drawn in total, each winner (in no order) will receive a Ritchies gift card valued at $200. Upon `Australian address (address must not be a P.O Box).Total Prize pool value is $2,000. c) Winners will be notified by phone within five (5) business days of the draw. The winners will have their details published on to https://www.ritchies.com.au/moms-promotion by the 04/11/2024. d) If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes a prize draw will be conducted 10:00am AEDT on 01/04/2025 at 1095 Frankston Dandenong Rd, Carrum Downs VIC 3201.5) Privacy and Use of Entries a) The Promotor collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
