 I’ve been working for Ritchies for 8 years working my way up to being Store Manager.  I have enjoyed working at many stores and I’m so proud to be leading the great team at Rowville.

I’m so happy to have just clocked up 20 years of service with Ritchies! I’ve worked in almost all the departments and made some amazing friends. I do love being back in grocery department. 

Leigh Hawkins (Ritchies Spit Junction)

Meet Leigh Hawkins, a valued member of the produce team at Ritchies Spit Junction for over four years.   I take immense pride in my role and the high-quality produce for our local customers.   Outside of work, I try to channel my creativity and passion into playing music as a dedicated member of a punk band, performing with his group on weekends and fully embracing the vibrant and energetic world of live music.

Eli Stinson (Boonah QLD) 

I started my 2nd  job at Ritchies during June 2024 in the bakery department. I am currently being trained for bakery tray up process, and really enjoying learning new things. I also get the opportunity to work in other areas of the store as well, so you can also find me on registers or in the deli department. 

Emma Martin (Boonah QLD) 

I started at Ritchies Boonah in January in our deli department.  I love being in the deli, because I love the interactions with customers and being able to engage with all our locals every day. 

Christina Andrews (Harrington Waters NSW, Store Manager)

I have worked nearly 15 years with Ritchies and every day is different and very enjoyable.  I think I lead the best team in NSW at Harrington Waters.  I love to come to work every day and bring to life our Friendliest Team culture in RItchies.  Our awesome friendly team members make our store a place our customers from the community want to return and shop confidently. 

Valentina Batrac (Spit Junction NSW – Deli Manager)

Meet Valentina, our Deli manager who boasts over 20 years of experience in the delicatessen industry.  Valentina not only takes immense pleasure in serving local customers high-quality products and engaging in friendly conversations, but she also enjoys sharing recipes.  Valentina’s favourite part of the job is working in the cheese section where she delights in cutting cheese and sampling many for our customers.  In her spare time she loves travelling to new places and spending quality moments with her family.

Sophie Jones (Robinvale VIC, Scanning Coordinator) 

I’ve been working at Ritchies for the last 6 years, and I've had many different roles throughout the store. I started with working on front end registers, to helping relay shelves during our renovation, to my current role as our scanning coordinator.  I've learned many great things and have gained a lot of life experience along the way and can say that working at Ritchies has been very rewarding for me.  When I'm not working I like to spend my time creating art, and if it isn't obvious my favourite colour is red"
