Ritchies believes in celebrating our team members and their successes.  There are a variety of ways our team can be recognised for their contributions.

  • Ritchies Over & Above Recognition (ROAR) Cards and Friendliest Team Member Awards - Our management teams are encouraged to recognise exceptional individual work on a frequent basis.   When our team members receive 3 cards they are rewarded financially.
  • Ritchies Champion - This award is for individuals who have contributed ‘above and beyond’ towards the achievement of Our Values and Commitments. This is a great opportunity to acknowledge outstanding contributions.
  • Years of Service Awards - These awards formally recognise individual Team Members for their long period of dedication to Ritchies. These are awarded after 10 years continuous service and at intervals of five years thereafter.  We have many team members who have started in store during high school and grown within our stores to have a successful career worth celebrating.
